Welcome!

This is a simulation tool to help you estimate your monthly salary based on your performance and shifts.

1. Calculator Page

Shift Allowances: Select a shift type (e.g., "S2", "M4") and the number of days you took that shift, then click "Add Shift". Repeat for all shift types you took this month.
KPI Incentives: Enter your performance score (in percent, e.g., 95) for each KPI category.
Penalty Checks: Check the box next to any penalties you received.
Calculate: Click the "Calculate Total Salary" button (always at the bottom) to see the results on the right.
Results: You can see a "Summary", a detailed "Details" breakdown, and a narrative "Analysis" of your salary.

2. Settings Page

Click the Settings icon (gear) in the header to open the configuration page. Here you can manage all rates by clicking on a category to open its settings pop-up. All settings are saved in your browser (LocalStorage).

Save Changes: Click "Save Changes" inside each pop-up to save your modifications for that category.
Cancel: Click "Cancel" to close the pop-up and discard any changes you just made.
Reset to Default: This button (on the main Settings page) restores all settings to their original values.

Privacy & Technology Disclaimer

We do not record your data. This application runs entirely in your web browser. All settings and data you input are stored on your own device using LocalStorage technology. This means:

Your data (settings, inputs) is private to you and this browser.
No data is sent to any server.
If you clear your browser's cache or use a different device, your settings will not be saved.
